Refund/Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at nigelrkhan.com operated by Nigel R Khan Bookseller Ltd.
In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase along with the receipt as proof of payment. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
No exchanges or Refunds will be given on Stationery & Games unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect.
No Exchanges or Refunds will be given on Ministry purchased school books (i.e customers who agree to buy school books although the Ministry is providing it)
No exchanges or Refunds will be given on Sale Items, Past Papers, Practice Tests, Model Answers and Study Guides.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund/exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that it is within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Please email your contact information and order number to orders@nigelrkhan.com
